Schönbrunn Palace is one of Austria's most visited places. Around 3.5 million guests from all over the world find their way to the former imperial summer residence every year. The Schönbrunn Group is host, cultural mediator and steward of this World Heritage Site all at once.

Roles on site

At Schönbrunn Palace a wide variety of roles come together.

Cultural guiding and shops
The largest part of our team on site are colleagues in guest services: at the ticketing desk, in the various shops, in cultural guiding and as invigilators in the show rooms of the palace and the Kindermuseum.
Meetings & Events
In the Apothekertrakt and other festive halls of the palace, our team organises events of every scale - from conferences, weddings and company celebrations through to major events in the Ehrenhof.
Building services, cleaning
Behind the scenes, our colleagues make sure our cultural heritage stays intact - from the palace itself to all the other historic buildings on site.

Good to know

The Schönbrunn Palace park is the responsibility of the Österreichische Bundesgärten. The Tiergarten Schönbrunn is operated independently and is also not part of the Schönbrunn Group.
