Workplace Schloss Hof Estate

Schloss Hof Estate is a baroque country estate in the Marchfeld region - a place where history, nature and hospitality come together daily. The distances are shorter, the teams smaller and more personal. Exactly that is what makes the close-knit working atmosphere at this site.

Anyone who works here brings a heart for nature, animals and people, and knows the region beyond just the map. With the readiness to get stuck in, a smile and a real connection to the estate, hospitality is lived here every day.

Roles on site

At Schloss Hof Estate a wide variety of roles come together:

  • Guest services & cultural guiding
Our colleagues welcome guests at the ticketing desk, advise them in the shop and handle sales, guide them through the show rooms, and make sure everything runs smoothly on site. The personal, regionally rooted atmosphere is what sets us apart from our Vienna sites.
  • Gastronomy
We also look after our guests culinarily at Schloss Hof Estate. What we use is above all seasonal, regional ingredients from our own cultivation or from selected suppliers in the Marchfeld.
  • Animal care
In the enclosures and stables, our animal keepers look after the wellbeing of our animals every day - from mucking out to accompanying events. Animals here aren't an attraction; they're part of estate life.
  • Gardens
With more than 300 years of care tradition, the garden at Schloss Hof Estate is one of Austria's most significant baroque complexes. Our gardeners preserve this tradition - from tree and shrub pruning through bed maintenance to heating the orangery in winter.
  • Events
In the historic rooms of the palace, we organise events of every kind - from weddings and company celebrations through to cultural programmes. Event management at a one-of-a-kind location calls for organisation, flexibility and a love of detail.
  • Technical services & cleaning
For the reliable operation of our buildings and grounds, our colleagues in technical services and cleaning are responsible. Through maintenance, upkeep and cleaning work, they make sure guests and employees always feel comfortable in a clean, functioning environment.

This site is actively supported by our colleagues in administration. You can find more information on career opportunities in administration here.
