Yes, we request you book a time slot for Schönbrunn Palace and for the Sisi Museum in the Vienna Hofburg.

Please note that the reserved tickets have to be picked up at the ticket office in the Schönbrunn Group Centre at the latest fifteen minutes before the time slot, otherwise the reservation is cancelled. Please make sure you arrive with your group punctually for the reserved time slot at the gate / turnstile; otherwise, because of the high density of visitors, we cannot guarantee admission. Calculate extra time for picking up tickets and the way to the gate / turnstile. Especially in Schönbrunn Palace, the way from ticket pick-up to the gate can take up to twenty minutes, depending on group size.

In the Vienna Furniture Museum, you do not need to reserve a time, as long as a guided tour has not been requested. However, all themed guided tours, also private and evening tours do indeed require prior reservation.

For group bookings of every kind, a previous appointment is necessary for Schloss Hof. For reserved guided tours and programmes, please make sure you arrive at the ticket office fifteen minutes before the start. For late arrivals we may have to reserve the right to shorten the programme or to cancel it.
